Winner of “Is Wales Talented?” in 1994, a life of money, fame and excess took its toll on Jazz trumpeter Louis Horne. Drink, drugs and scandal trailed the 12-year-old wherever he went and after a moment of phallic revelation that will live in infamy, his fledgling career was derailed. Now a washed-up, washed-out and weighty 33-year-old, Louis has re-emerged in London as we witness his frustrated attempts to navigate through the murky jazz underworld. and rebuild his tainted profile. But things never quite go to plan for Louis and the gang as a dark tale of tragedy, delusion and violence begins to unfold...

Andy Davies (Louis Horne) is an award-winning Welsh trumpeter, writer and comedian, leading his own band at the famous Ronnie Scott’s jazz club Wednesday night jam for over 10 years. Andy regularly works in Film, TV, Radio & Comedy and his voice can be heard introducing your favourite cartoons on Cartoon Network as well as presenting for BBC, MTV, Channel Five, ITV, C4 to name a few. As an actor, he played the role of Chet Baker in the play, “Speedball” and has also appeared in various comedy acting roles for Channel 5 & MTV.
